HESAR Website only provides the Registration Form, while the Abstract Submission system is online on the IW CBRNe 2018 official website.

Contributions accepted for IW CBRNe 2018 are posters in English language (please click here to go to the IW CBRNe 2018 official website for more information and to submit your contribution).

Please note that all contributions will be considered for publication, as full papers, in a proceeding that will be published in the “CBRNe book series” with an ISBN code and officially recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research (classification code: E237557).

A scientific committee will select the 3 best papers and their authors will be invited to prepare a full paper for publication in a scientific journal indexed on SCOPUS.

Public administration, military entities, students and under 30 (attendance ONLY)

A special reduced fee is provided to Public administration, military entities, students and under 30 who want to attend the workshop but do not want to submit a poster presentation.  

Student fees are applicable only to full-time students. Students must send a proof of their student status (student ID or certificate) to iw2018@mastercbrn.com, certified by the signature of a supervisor, as a PDF file. Student registration will be validated upon receipt of the proof.

Regular Registration (attendance ONLY)

Other Important Information

Changes & Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds for cancelled registrations or related fees. If you are unable to attend the conference, you can request the transfer of your registration to another participant. Name changes must be notified to LOC by e-mail iw2018@mastercbrn.com  by the 1st October 2018. A name change fee of EUR 20 will be charged.

We can only offer refunds if we receive (at hesar@hesar.it) a refund request within 2 days from the payment and before Monday, 1st October 2018 (after the 1st of October 2018 we do not offer any refund). We will charge you the bank transfer fee. We will be issuing a refund (in EUR) as soon as we have completed the necessary paperwork. 

Passport and VISA requirements

Invitation letters for visa purposes can be sent to participants who need it. Required information: Full name, Date of birth, Place of birth, Permanent Address, Country of citizenship (country which issued your passport), Passport number, Date of issue of your passport, Date of expiry of your passport. Please apply to the consular office or embassy of Italy in your home country for further information. Post delivery service fee (such as DHL, FedEx) is about EUR 50, depending on country of delivery. In most of the cases, conditions for the issuance of the invitation letter is Payment of IW CBRNE 2018 registration fee. We therefore encourage you to register before applying. In any case, we strongly advise you to apply at least one month before the event.

Badges

Conference identification badges are mandatory and will be required for admission to all conference functions.

Publicity Policy

Each registrant grants IW CBRNe 2018 the right to photograph/videotape participants and to use such photographs/videos and the names of attendees in materials which either represent the proceedings of the conference or promote future conferences.

Liability

With paid registration, the participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge claims against the conference organizers should the meeting be altered, hindered, or prevented by unexpected political or economic events, unpredictable forces of nature, speaker cancellations or other unforeseeable events.

Insurance

The organizers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policies to cover risks including (but not limited to) loss, cancellation, medical costs and injury.

IW CBRNe 2018 and/or the conference organizers will not accept any responsibility for any delegate failing to take out adequate insurance.
