The “International Master Courses in Protection against CBRNe Events” promoted the 3rd International CBRNe Workshop. Organized by HESAR, it was held at Villa Mondragone, Monte Porzio Catone, Italy (25 Nov. 2016), and involved more than 230 attendees: professionals, experts, academics, industry and military representatives.
With 15 lectures, 41 posters, 12 industrial exhibitors, the workshop was a unique moment to fruitfully exchange problems, visions, and expertise among different stakeholders, putting the research in the spotlight, and letting the experts get in touch with private companies. The event also included the Military Insigna and the CBRNe Master Diploma ceremonies.
Main topics covered during the event were: CBRNe agents detection and identification, Emergency Management, Medical emergency and First Aid, Protection and Decontamination, Cybersecurity, Explosives, IED and EOD, DSS.
